Swap- Service Design

This service design endeavor centered on the e-rickshaw ecosystem and all associated stakeholders. The primary goal was to delve deeply into the challenges/rewards and responsibilities of each party. Additionally, discovering which stakeholder faces the majority of issues and how addressing them can foster positive transformation in the overall ecosystem was essential. The entire procedure was driven by research and data, making it fascinating to explore the interconnections between different stakeholders and the impact of one's actions on another. Based on this, insights were gathered, which led to the design direction. The subsequent phase involved brainstorming, where four minds collaborated to generate fresh, viable, and practical ideas that considered the mutual benefits of all stakeholders.
